Travel Information

If you haven't travelled to the University of Surrey before, take a look at the guide on getting to the University and our campus map. Our conference is in Oak Suite rooms 1 and 2 which is on the top floor of the building marked Oak in yellow on the campus map.

If you are travelling from the airport it is recommended that you pre-book a taxi. A list of local taxi companies, all of whom do airport transfers, is available via the Yell.com website.

Limited parking spaces for delegates can be made available on the Stag Hill campus, please contact p.everson@surrey.ac.uk at least 2 weeks before the conference start date to arrange a permit.
